Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze technological, social, and economic trends through 2030+ horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for disruptive innovation adoption
- Lead cross-functional labs prototyping human-AI collaboration interfaces
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Manage innovation pipeline with KPIs tracking market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Published research on exponential technologies or future studies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary R&D teams
- Strong background in human-computer interaction or cognitive science
- Track record of prototyping/conceptualizing breakthrough solutions
