Responsibilities

- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for future tech trends
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility for experimental initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, biotech)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Proven success in commercializing innovation
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, TOGAF)
