Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for R&D collaboration
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation decisions
- Lead patent strategy for breakthrough technologies in assigned domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and market analysis frameworks
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global markets
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy publications
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., AVEVA, SAP IBP)
