Responsibilities

- Secure strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and Fortune 500 leaders
- Present vision to C-suite and board members using data-driven storytelling

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
