Responsibilities

- Lead innovation sprints with MIT and Stanford research partners
- Architect scalable frameworks for decentralized digital identity systems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $15M R&D budget for emerging tech incubation
- Mentor next-gen engineers in quantum algorithm development
- Drive industry thought leadership through white papers and keynotes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies
- 10+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Published research in Nature or IEEE on AI/quantum hybrid systems
- Expertise in policy frameworks for AGI governance
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough products
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 and metaverse architecture
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Design (CSTD)
