Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for the transition from current AI models to autonomous agent systems and predictive infrastructure.
- Scalable Infrastructure Design: Design and deploy highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exascale data processing and real-time neural network training.
- Quantum-Ready Architecture: Integrate hybrid cloud and quantum computing protocols to future-proof our proprietary algorithms against the quantum shift.
- Spatial Computing Integration: Lead the implementation of AR/VR interfaces and spatial data visualization tools to enhance user interaction.
- AI Governance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and compliance with emerging global regulations for autonomous systems.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 8+ years in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure or Web3 development.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, Rust, or Python. Familiarity with quantum computing basics (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate technological trends and translate them into actionable technical strategy.
- Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
