- Own budget planning and resource allocation for a $50M+ project portfolio
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and responsible development practices
- Deliver quarterly progress reports to the board of directors with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven success delivering complex, multi-year projects
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, AR/VR, quantum computing) with 5+ years practical experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Published research or patents in human-computer interaction fields
- Experience securing $10M+ in venture capital or government grants
