- Lead strategic initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact assessments
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into current offerings
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on next-gen capabilities
- Drive sustainability initiatives across technology infrastructure and operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions in enterprise environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
