Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with global market trends and emerging paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security frameworks and next-gen AI governance protocols
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing, quantum internet) for commercial viability
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners on technological disruption opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement for futuristic initiatives
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for AI and biotechnology integration in consumer applications
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with exposure to emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with market impact (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI ethics
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training preferred
- Strong understanding of Web3, decentralized systems, and blockchain infrastructure
