Qualifications

- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong stakeholder management and policy communication skills
- Publication record in AI ethics or technical ethics journals preferred
- Proficiency in Python for algorithmic auditing tools
