Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable front-end and back-end solutions using React, Node.js, and cloud-native technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; lead code reviews to ensure high standards across the organization.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and refactor them to improve performance, latency, and throughput.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Security: Implement robust security protocols and best practices to protect sensitive data and user privacy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Deep expertise in React (or similar frameworks like Vue/Angular) and modern CSS (Tailwind, Sass).
- Backend: Proficiency in Node.js or Python, with experience in RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with AWS or GCP, including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
