Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for Nexus Horizon, specifically aligning with the technological standards and capabilities expected in 2026.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that support complex AI-driven workflows and big data processing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical strategies.
- Innovation Implementation: Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Advanced AI Agents) to determine their feasibility for our core products.
- Process Optimization: Overhaul existing development processes to enhance efficiency, reduce technical debt, and ensure compliance with future data privacy regulations.
- Talent Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and successfully integrating emerging technologies into enterprise solutions.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
