Responsibilities

- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and metrics for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Partner with R&D to validate technical feasibility of future concepts
- Drive innovation workshops with external partners and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, sustainable systems)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
