Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with Shor's/Grover's algorithm implementations
- Published research in quantum algorithm design
- Strong Python/C++ programming skills
- Familiarity with quantum annealing systems (D-Wave, etc.)
- Track record of optimizing quantum circuit performance
