Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical Python/R
- Published work in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction (arXiv/IEEE journals)
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement, superposition, and quantum gate operations
