Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technical feasibility with market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms and academic research labs
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data sets
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
