Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-7 year commercialization potential
- Partner with venture capital arms to evaluate and integrate emerging startups into innovation pipeline
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through executive-level whitepapers and investor briefings
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement for futuristic initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in technology adoption lifecycle and market timing analysis
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 publications
- Experience securing $50M+ budgets for experimental technology programs
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
