Responsibilities
- Analyze technological trends and market disruptions to create 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Develop patentable innovation frameworks and IP protection strategies
- Present future-focused recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation methodologies
- Partner with academic institutions and government agencies for R&D collaborations
- Drive organizational adoption of emerging technologies through change management programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning with proven impact in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Portfolio of published foresight methodologies or technology roadmaps
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience scaling innovation labs in high-growth tech environments
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
