- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum computing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech sectors (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and executive leadership quarterly
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Deep understanding of Web3, biocomputation, and climate tech convergence
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
