Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 5+ year lifecycle planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI governance, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M with demonstrable ROI
- Presentation skills for executive audiences and stakeholders
