Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of large-scale AI models designed for the 2026 technological landscape, including predictive analytics and generative AI frameworks.
- Design scalable system architectures that handle high-throughput data streams and real-time inference requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Research) to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility, monitoring, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Lead technical decision-making regarding hardware acceleration (GPUs/TPUs) and cloud infrastructure optimization.
- Mentor and coach junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance tuning to ensure model efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Extensive hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and distributed computing.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or futuristic computing paradigms is a significant plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
