- AI & Voice Integration: Research and implement strategies for AI-driven search answers (like SGE) and voice search optimization to capture emerging traffic sources.
- Technical SEO Leadership: Audit and optimize site architecture, ensuring zero technical debt hampers our performance on next-gen search crawlers.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics to measure the impact of current trends on future performance, pivoting strategies based on predictive modeling.
- Content Strategy: Partner with content teams to produce 'future-proof' content that answers complex, long-tail queries before they become mainstream.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of SEO specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning regarding emerging web standards.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 7+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of predicting and adapting to major industry shifts (e.g., Mobile First, Core Web Vitals).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR) to ensure seamless crawling and indexing.
- AI Knowledge: Strong grasp of how Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI impact search behavior and ranking factors.
- Analytics Mastery: Expertise in tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Console, and proprietary attribution models.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
