Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap leading up to 2026.
- Oversee the deployment and integration of AI-driven automation solutions.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term tech strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous market research on emerging technologies and forecast future trends.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or strategic technology leadership.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging Web3 technologies.
- Proven track record of predicting tech trends and implementing scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
