- Collaborate with C-suite to translate technological opportunities into strategic investments
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary innovation lab focused on next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
