Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry consortia
- Drive cultural transformation to embed experimental thinking and agile innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio of successfully launched innovations or strategic transformations
