The Role
In this pivotal role, you will design the core architecture of Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and unprecedented performance. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade deployment.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems for Project 2026.
- Model Optimization: Research and deploy cutting-edge algorithms to improve model accuracy and reduce latency in real-time environments.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
- R&D Integration: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, integrating emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-inspired computing) into our core stack.
- Code Review & Best Practices: Enforce rigorous coding standards and security protocols across all development teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
