Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design for next-generation AI and Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., LLMs, Edge AI) and evaluate their feasibility for implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical standards and best practices.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our tech stack remains industry-leading by 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and NLP.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
