Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define and oversee the technical strategy for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems and microservices architectures that can handle massive concurrent loads.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Execution: Drive the delivery of key milestones within the 2026 roadmap, managing technical debt and optimizing codebases.
- Industry Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge technology to integrate relevant advancements.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a Principal Architect or Senior Engineering leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Java, or Rust; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating high-level business goals into robust technical roadmaps.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative architectural solutions.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
