Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with transformative potential
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of future-focused thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
