Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives across quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech domains
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging technologies
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and boards
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental technologies
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
