- Drive innovation through rapid experimentation in our Austin Innovation Lab
- Develop intellectual property portfolios securing competitive advantages
- Mentor junior engineers in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two disruptive domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Track record of launching products with 7-figure+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive audiences
- Experience securing $500K+ innovation funding or grants
