Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping disruptive solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Analyze global megatrends to identify billion-dollar opportunities
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Curate annual 'Future Horizons' conference with industry leaders
- Produce white papers on ethical AI and sustainable tech adoption
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology impact projects
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neurotech, or climate AI
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
