Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven impact projections
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on innovation investments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers for R&D collaboration
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, IoT, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and strategic frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
