Responsibilities
- Model Development: Lead the end-to-end development, fine-tuning, and optimization of Generative AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3, Claude).
- Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable inference pipelines and MLOps architectures on AWS or GCP.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research in prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multimodal learning.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce high standards for code reviews, testing, and documentation within the engineering team.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and designers to translate complex AI technicalities into intuitive user experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Frameworks: Strong command of Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of deploying complex models into production environments with high reliability.
