The Role:
You will spearhead the development, training, and deployment of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade infrastructure, ensuring our AI is not only smart but also ethical, efficient, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines for large-scale LLM deployment.
- Conduct research and implement novel techniques in NLP, transformer architecture, and reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Ethics Board) to define AI product requirements and roadmap.
- Ensure model interpretability, fairness, and robustness through rigorous testing and validation.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Manage cloud infrastructure costs and performance tuning for GPU-heavy workloads.
Qualifications
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience fine-tuning open-source models (e.g., Llama, GPT, BERT) and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
