Responsibilities
- Architect next-generation technology roadmaps targeting 2026 adoption horizons
- Lead development of quantum-resistant security frameworks and ethical AI governance models
- Design scalable infrastructure for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis platforms
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated systems)
- Partner with R&D to prototype breakthrough solutions in sustainable tech and climate modeling
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Mentor junior architects in future-proofing methodologies and ethical tech principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in quantum computing fundamentals and AI/ML frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying ethical AI governance systems
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (2020-2030 horizon)
- Experience with systems thinking and scenario-based strategic planning
- Strong background in cybersecurity, particularly post-quantum cryptography
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals a plus
