Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into the 2026 product cycle.
- Present high-level architectural concepts and roadmaps to C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators focused on 2026 advancements.
- Mentor senior engineering teams on long-term technical debt management and modernization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, strategic planning, or product innovation.
- Demonstrated history of successfully leading innovation initiatives or R&D projects.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex tech concepts into business value.
