Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, Web4.0) into core business processes
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technologies with 5-10 year impact
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, data sovereignty, and sustainable tech implementation
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry standards for future technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and technology adoption methodologies
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of successfully launching at least two futuristic technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable technology ecosystems
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., from World Future Society) or innovation management
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Strong network within global tech innovation communities (e.g., IEEE, WEF Tech Pioneers)
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks and sustainability technology roadmaps
