Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify first-mover advantages in emerging markets
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track strategy execution and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps and implementation plans
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends preferred
