Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in AI ethics, quantum applications, and sustainable tech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential for industry transformation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech initiatives into corporate vision
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor high-performing teams focused on future-tech innovation
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of developing future roadmaps for Fortune 500 or scale-up tech firms
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite boards
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation management
- Experience building diverse, high-impact innovation teams
