Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) to build innovation roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Lead 'Future Labs' incubating projects in quantum AI, neural interfaces, and climate-tech
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with 2026 business objectives and ESG targets
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous KPI tracking and risk mitigation
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mentor 'Future Fellows' program developing next-gen tech leaders
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary 2026-tech innovations
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record launching products with 2026+ tech horizons (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech convergence patterns and regulatory landscapes
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures to boards
