Responsibilities
- Design and architect state-of-the-art machine learning models, focusing on LLMs and reinforcement learning.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI products, from research prototyping to production deployment.
- Optimize existing neural network architectures for improved speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models to production environments at scale.
