Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning models with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead Research & Development (R&D) initiatives to explore emerging AI paradigms, ensuring our technology remains ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems responsibly.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and ethical AI usage to prevent bias.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, specifically within AI/ML domains.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
