Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation AI/ML infrastructure designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap and strategic vision for our AI product lines.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and ethical integrity of all AI models deployed in production.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development and deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Generative AI frameworks.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
