Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, Web3)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in future tech domains
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and partnerships
- Build and mentor a team of future tech specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Track record of scaling innovative initiatives from concept to market
- Experience with strategic planning in Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
