- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and future-state scenario planning for AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers for R&D collaboration
- Manage technology portfolio prioritization and resource allocation for future initiatives
- Author thought leadership content positioning InnovateNext as a future-tech pioneer
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or emerging technology leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment evaluation
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
