Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging technologies that will disrupt our industry.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Generative AI models and Large Language Systems (LLMs) for enterprise use cases.
- Design scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Strategy) to translate futuristic concepts into viable product features.
- Establish best practices for quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing integration.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on AI/ML and Future Tech.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and familiarity with distributed ledger technologies.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through major digital transformations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast tech trends accurately.
