- Build strategic partnerships with academic labs, government agencies, and venture capital firms
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for long-term tech investments

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, synthetic biology)
