Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2030) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Develop innovation frameworks for integrating quantum, AI, and biotech capabilities
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging innovations
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI/ML, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products with >$100M impact
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent methodology
