- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to align innovation with market needs
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring long-term impact
- Build and maintain external partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic frameworks with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategy publications
